I have been in the recruitment industry, specialising in Life Sciences, for over 25 years, with the last two decades at the forefront of the globally renowned and award-winning Life Science recruitment business, Barrington James.

Believing in providing a consultative yet friendly approach to both candidates and clients, these values were something I was very passionate about when Barrington James was born in 2002 and are as true today as they were then.
