As a consultant at Barrington James, I have a strategic & niche focus on the HEOR, RWE, Epi & MAPR verticals finding the best interim talent across the EU region. How can I add value to you and your time?

My day consists of calling 10+ individual people/day with a mixture of candidates and clients, that is 50 calls/week, 200 calls/month speaking to your main competitors and candidates that are not easily obtained or seen - some of which are passively looking. I have multiple talent pools of freelancers who I have personally vetted.

When vetting my candidates, I challenge them on what they say, never take anything at face value and ensure that I get a verbal reference to ensure the validity of their claims. I have a fill rate of 95% and can provide CV coverage within 48 hours with my CV-to-interview ratio being 1.5:1 and 100% of my candidates being extended when the opportunity is prevalent.

I take pride in my ability to get repeat business from my clients with 85% of my placements being repeat business. The candidates I have placed, have made a significant impact, one particular mention within the RSV space, changing the lives of elderly people.
