I am deeply passionate about developing talent within recruitment! With over 12 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the people I work with. I am an active member of Barrington James' Diversity & Inclusion committee, as well as part of our UK, APAC, and European boards, where I collaborate closely with HR to foster a people-centric, high-performance culture.

Throughout my career, I've trained thousands of consultants, managers, and directors, playing a pivotal role in launching new offices across 20 countries. My expertise extends to partnering with international teams in the US, Europe, and APAC to drive recruitment excellence on a global scale.

I've honed my skills in high-growth recruitment environments, developing a comprehensive suite of training and coaching programs alongside my team. These programs cater to individuals from entry-level to senior professionals. In addition to managing a dynamic team of L&D professionals, I continue to deliver leadership training and coaching, helping our people achieve their full potential.
