Simon Allsop

With nearly 25 years of Executive Search experience, Simon leads Barrington James Board and Executive Partners; a practice which he established and grew from scratch in 2014. Simon specializes in board, ‘C’ suite and SVP positions in pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies in Europe, the US and APAC. In addition, Simon has a particular focus and strong track record making successful placements in the field of Ophthalmology.

Prior to joining Barrington James, Simon worked for Omera Partners for ten years initially helping to build the company in Australia before moving to Singapore to open APAC regional offices.
