Last October we promised our staff that we would be making a huge investment in our future during 2020, which also coincided with our 18th Birthday, and today’s announcement to our staff did not disappoint.
We are delighted to publicise that we are relocating our European Head Office to state of the art offices in Crawley, West Sussex. September 2020 will see us make the move to the newly-refurbished and award-winning Galleria offices situated in the heart of the town centre.
Taking over 10,500 square feet, our new home will feature space for over 100 members of staff, a brand new reception area, numerous themed meeting rooms, state of the art conference facilities, parking for all and not to mention a brand new break out area complete with a fully stocked bar!
This is something that has been in the offing and on the minds of the Board of Directors for a number of years and with our impressive recent growth now was the time to take the step and provide our staff with facilities they are proud to work in.
As with a lot of businesses, the current climate hasn’t been impact-free on us but thanks to the hard work, loyalty, dedication and tenacity of our staff, we have thrived and the Board felt this was a great way to reward the staff for all their efforts, not only over the past few months but the last 18 years.
However, with big growth plans, the Board hopes that not only will our current staff relish in their new surroundings, it will also aid in the attraction of new recruits as well as boosting the local economy by bringing in a large number of people to the town on a daily basis.
Reflecting on their decision to move out of Horley, Dan Barrington, CEO explains;
‘We know that committing £1 million on a new office at this time is a brave move but it reflects the confidence we have in our staff and our business. The investment in our new office, along with new technology will help cement our position as not only the leading Global Pharmaceutical Recruiter but also the most progressive and best local employer in the recruitment sector and we couldn’t be more excited for the future.’
