The definition of ‘Best-in-Class’:
Something considered superior to competitors within the same category or segment. Something which offers the highest level of quality and/or utility in comparison to its peers.
This is exactly what the training and career development here at Barrington James provides.
The aspiration to be truly ‘Best in Class’ in all areas, was driven by CEO Dan Barrington, and cemented into our training and development culture with the appointment of COO, Jonathan Jenkins, in 2011.
Previously Jonathan had consulted at board level with several significant players in the Executive Search arena and multiple high value contingent niche recruitment firms, helping hundreds of Consultants achieve their career goals.
Jonathan delivering Management to our future Leaders
Fast forward to 2015 and Barrington James appointed Nick Livings, a specialist Performance Coach whose priority was to develop the company’s most promising talent. Nick’s background as both a teacher and a specialist recruiter give him the perfect credentials to take our Head Office even further forward, and has been instrumental in developing the training culture that runs from our new recruits through to our Leadership Team.
We believe that by providing a variety of proactive development platforms, Jonathan, Nick and the rest of the leadership team puts us head-and-shoulders above our competitors. Delivering ‘Best in Class’ solutions internally and not just to our Candidates and Clients.
