Responsibilities:

Study Monitoring:

Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practice.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, ensuring the integrity of clinical data.

Site Management:

Foster strong relationships with investigative site staff to facilitate effective communication and address queries or issues promptly.

Provide training and support to site personnel as needed.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with regulatory affairs to obtain and maintain necessary approvals.

Data Collection and Reporting:

Oversee the collection, verification, and documentation of study data.

Generate and review clinical study reports and contribute to data analysis.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct internal and external quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, and regulations.

Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

Proficient in Romanian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Thorough understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
