Job Title: Head of MSAT - Biologics

We are seeking an accomplished Head of MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) with expertise in implementing cutting-edge CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) strategies and a successful track record in team leadership.

Position Overview: As the Head of MSAT, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping and executing MSAT strategies for our expanding biologics portfolio. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive innovation, optimize manufacturing processes, and build and lead a dynamic MSAT team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute MSAT strategies to enhance the efficiency of biologics manufacturing processes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the MSAT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless technology transfer and successful process scale-up.
• Drive the resolution of complex technical challenges in biologics manufacturing.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PhD preferred).
• Extensive experience in leadership roles within MSAT, particularly in biopharmaceuticals.
• Proven success in implementing innovative CMC strategies for biologics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for biologics production.
