Job Description

Quantum Error Correction Researcher required to join a Quantum Computing company that is quickly expanding and developing exciting technology within Photonic Quantum Computing.


  • Identify fault-tolerant, universal photonic quantum computing architectures and develop them.
  • Design and implement fault-tolerant photonic quantum computers' error-correction and suppression techniques.
  • Create decoders for quantum error-correction codes and classical simulations of them.
  • Familiar with assembling and implementing quantum algorithms
  • Assuming accountability for successfully completing imaginary projects
  • Work closely with other hardware and architectural team members.
  • Writing proposals and patents
  • Creating, disseminating, and presenting study findings


  • Holding a PhD in physics, mathematics, or computer science or about to graduate or a similar field
  • Shown history of creative and effective problem-solving in a research setting environment
  • Profundity in fault tolerance and quantum error correction
  • Designing quantum error-correction codes and decoders experience
  • Strong C/C++, Python, Julia, or other scientific programming skills or operating systems
  • Strong mathematical foundation, especially in discrete mathematics, including group theory and graph theory, and linear algebra
  • Knowledge of quantum optics would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
