Their mission is to enhance the capabilities of caregivers and administrators, streamlining their daily operations and ushering in a new standard of care for residents. Their clientele includes Residential Care Facilities and Nursing Homes, both domestically and internationally.

They are seeking an exceptional Field Sales Manager to join their driven and dynamic team. This individual should excel in building strong relationships with leads, understanding their needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of Ancelia for their residential facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with prospects to assess their needs, qualify their interests, and drive sales.

- Manage the entire sales funnel.

- 80% Travel

- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market.

- Gather client feedback and needs to share with colleagues.

- Represent at events and product demonstrations.

- Prepare reports, key documents, and presentations.

- Remote

Requirements:

- Experience within Healthcare / Social Care / AI

- 2-3 years of experience within a Field Sales role.

- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

- A passion for sales activities.
