My client is a leading healthcare consultancy specialising in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). Delivering evidence-based insights to inform healthcare decisions and improve patient outcomes.

My client is actively looking for a Senior HEOR Technical Modeller with 15 years of modelling experience, proficient in Swedish healthcare dynamics. The role involves leading complex modelling projects, collaborating with teams, conducting analyses, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of advanced health economic models tailored to the Swedish context
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design research methodologies and validate model inputs
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and data analyses to inform model parameters
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze real-world data and generate insights
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on HEOR methodologies
• Contribute to technical reports, manuscripts, and presentations
• Mentor junior team members and foster stakeholder relationships

Qualifications:

• MSc in health economics, epidemiology, or related field
• 15 years of experience in health economics, with expertise in quantitative modelling
• Proficiency in modelling software (Excel, VBA, R)  and Swedish healthcare system
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Leadership experience in managing projects and teams
• Fluency in Swedish and English
