My client is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients around the world. They are seeking an Interim DACH Technical Market Access Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist to join their team.

As an Interim DACH Technical Market Access Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring market access for products in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing and reimbursement strategies to optimize product access and ensure commercial success. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market assessments and analysis to identify pricing and reimbursement trends, opportunities, and challenges in the DACH region.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement submissions and negotiations with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on product launch planning and market access initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate pricing and reimbursement landscape changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, life sciences, business, etc.). Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience freelancing within market access, pricing, reimbursement, or related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the DACH healthcare system, pricing, and reimbursement processes.
• Proven track record of successfully leading pricing and reimbursement submissions and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
