Job Title: Senior Managing Consultant - Quality, Regulatory & Compliance (Life Science)

This unique opportunity acts as a gateway into a dynamic consulting function within the wider industry side business, acting as a Senior Managing Consultant you will act as a part of the end to end solution for a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients spearheading innovative solutions in the Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Compliance domain.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an adept individual with a solid background in consulting or relevant industry experience.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Drive a diverse portfolio of consulting projects aimed at delivering cutting-edge regulatory solutions to a broad range of life science clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading the delivery of multiple complex projects with finesse.
• Provide strategic leadership and insightful analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong executive-level relationships with clients and stakeholders across various projects and accounts.
• Ensure project profitability through effective budget management and financial oversight.
• Showcase expertise by contributing thought leadership in solutions and services.
• Lead engaging discussions, workshops, and content creation to enrich our industry networks.
• Play a key role in expanding our business by cultivating industry presence, forging new connections, and driving business development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide direct reports and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
• Drive strategic themes and internal business improvement projects.
• Act as a role model during company meetings and events, inspiring enthusiasm and dedication among colleagues.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience, preferably a blend of industry and consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in labeling, with significant experience in consulting or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in program and project management, process design, and business transformation.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, communication, and business development.
• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements and emerging technologies in the labeling space.
• Ability to navigate complexities with resilience and analytical rigor.
• Comfort with digital tools and virtual engagement.
• Eagerness to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and drive success.
• Track record in successful Business Development, generating revenue through new or existing clients and income streams.
