As they continue to expand their presence, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join as an Orthopaedic Territory Manager.

As an Orthopaedic Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships within the orthopedic community in Melbourne. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a select range of orthopedic products, to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities while maintaining & expanding existing accounts.
  • Build & nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including orthopaedic surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide clinical support & training to healthcare professionals on the use of their products.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, & product development, to ensure customer satisfaction & drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, preferably within the orthopedic field
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy, procedures, & surgical techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, & manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license & willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
