Government Affairs and Tender Management Lead - Pharmaceuticals 

You will be an expert in he Government affairs policy and tenders space with a strong pharmaceutical background, you will navigate and develop key relationships with the most important Stakeholders to develop and evolves the landscape for this international pharma business as it expands and brings new products to Malaysia 

  • You will have previous experience of shaping  policy landscapes to identify opportunities for advocacy 
  • Lead project management efforts to implement stakeholder engagement strategies for initiatives 
  • Develop and execute advocacy campaigns aimed at shaping public policy and regulations 
  • Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to influence policy decisions and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee the management of national tender contracts, ensuring they are in line with organizational objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to facilitate access programs, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of contract agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracts management, tendering, or public policy advocacy, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to tender contracts and government procurement processes.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful advocacy campaigns that have influenced policy outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and advocacy groups.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
