Senior Director Market Access

I am looking for a Senior Director of Market Access to join a specialised Market Access consultancy. The role is a position of authority, representing a leadership and an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the business’s growth and trajectory over the coming years.

Within this role you would be responsible for shaping, promoting, and delivering Global Market Access solutions tailored to the individual client needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the market access services, providing an insight into project delivery and sales efforts.

The role

Responsibilities will involve the development, promotion, and direct delivery of consultancy solutions aimed at empowering global market access clients to influence both national and sub-national payer beliefs, thus securing national market access and facilitating in-market patient access. These solutions offered by the GVE practice range from traditional to innovative iterations of global value pack resources. Additionally, they involve the creation and implementation of cross-functional frameworks to aid in strategic planning for patient access, as well as monitoring and safeguarding the achieved quality of access. The role also encompasses providing value excellence training solutions for global market access cross-functional teams and offering payer thought leadership to support client business objectives. Many of the solutions within the GVE practice utilize essential payer insight methodologies such as payer depth interviews and advisory boards.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of extensive experience in global market archetypes, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, critical appraisal, and strong scientific storytelling skills. Furthermore, they should exhibit natural curiosity and innovation-driven mindset to contribute to the evolution of our consultancy offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Market Access consultancy.
  • Proven experience in sales and project delivery
  • Proven experience analysing Health Economic data to generate content such as GVD’s, payer value propositions and HTA submissions.
  • Experience line managing and building out large teams dedicated to Market Access and evidence generation.
  • Experience conducting depth interviews and facilitating advisory boards to gather insights from payers.
  • Strong understanding and hands on experience of navigating the complex Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device global landscape spanning from prelaunch to loss of exclusivity.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.Top of Form
