Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HEOR Consultant to join our reputable team in Switzerland. As a Senior HEOR Consultant, you will lead complex health economics and outcomes research initiatives and provide strategic guidance to clients. You will be responsible for developing innovative HEOR methodologies, building client relationships, and contributing to thought leadership in the field. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of HEOR strategies and research plans
• Provide expert guidance on study design, methodology selection, and data analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level staff, fostering their professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
• Represent the company at industry conferences, and contribute to publications and presentations

Requirements:

• PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Pharmacoeconomics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HEOR consulting or related field
• Proven track record of leading and managing successful HEOR projects
• Deep understanding of health economics principles, market access strategies, and healthcare policy
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
