Job Title: Freelance Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - CNS (Central Nervous System)

Location: France (Remote)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in CNS to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions within the CNS therapeutic area in France.

Responsibilities:

  1. KOL Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with thought leaders, clinicians, and researchers in the field of CNS disorders.

  2. Scientific Exchange: Serve as a trusted scientific resource by providing balanced, accurate, and up-to-date information on our CNS products and therapeutic areas to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

  3. Educational Initiatives: Develop and execute educational programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals, including organizing advisory boards, symposia, and speaker programs.

  4. Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals by facilitating access to scientific data, clinical trials, and relevant resources.

  5. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.

  6. Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze scientific and clinical developments, competitor activities, and market trends within the CNS therapeutic area to inform strategic decision-making.

  7. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent).

  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MSL within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on CNS disorders.

  3. Therapeutic Expertise: Strong knowledge of CNS disorders, including but not limited to neurology, psychiatry, and neurodegenerative diseases.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.

  5. Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

  6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate scientific knowledge into actionable insights and initiatives.

  7. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
