Job Description

Duration: 12 months, 3 days/week



  • Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of real-world data from various healthcare databases in the Nordic region
  • Assist in the development and execution of RWE studies to generate evidence on the effectiveness and safety of pharmaceutical products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research questions, design study protocols, and conduct statistical analyses
  • Contribute to the preparation of study reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in scientific journals
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and guidelines related to RWE generation in the Nordic countries
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss project progress and findings



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., epidemiology, health sciences, biostatistics)
  • Basic understanding of RWE methodologies and principles
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, STATA)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus
