My client is a global consultancy firm whose mission is to be the top COA firm in the industry. They are seeking an Executive Director specialized in conducting/supporting clinical outcomes assessments.

The executive director (ED) will oversee and guide the broader COA team of researchers and offer guidance on effective strategies for clinical outcomes assessments (COA) to meet client requirements. Additionally, the ED will be responsible for creating innovative research designs to tailor or create COAs for client projects. Moreover, the ED will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities. This position presents the opportunity to engage in both local and global patient-centric research endeavors spanning various medical fields.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of researchers
• Offer guidance on strategies for COA strategy to meet client requirements
• Create innovative study designs for developing COAs for client projects
• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, epidemiology, outcomes research, statistics or related areas (PhD preferred)
• Min 20+ years in conducting or supporting COA research.
• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative COA science
• Understanding of the regulatory and payer environments
• Experience developing business opportunities
• Publications as a senior author
