We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RWE/HEOR Consultant to join our team in Denmark. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who can provide strategic leadership & drive impactful research initiatives within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & oversee RWE & HEOR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals & regulatory requirements
• Develop & implement strategic plans for the generation of real-world evidence to support product development, regulatory submissions, market access & reimbursement
• Design, conduct, & interpret complex HEOR studies, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact & quality-of-life analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, regulatory affairs, market access, & commercial teams to integrate RWE & HEOR insights into business strategies
• Present findings & recommendations to internal stakeholders, external partners & at scientific conferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes & methodological advancements in RWE & HEOR
• Mentor & train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning  & professional development

Qualifications:

• PhD in health economics, epidemiology or a related field
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in RWE/HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex RWE & HEOR projects
• Strong expertise in RWD sources, analytical methods & HE modelling
• Communication & presentation skills
• Fluency in Danish & English, both written & spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with Danish healthcare data & familiarity with the local healthcare system
• Established network within the Danish & international RWE/HEOR community
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals & presentations at industry conferences
