Regional Market Access Manager SEA & Korea

You are an experienced Market Access Senior Manager to be integral part of the South East Asia leadership team in a Newly Created role within the APAC & Growth Markets region for a progressive device that is changing patient & patient family  lives for the better as they evolve their position across two franchises.

The mission is to identify and unlock local market access opportunities (including but not limited to pricing, funding application, promoting appropriate usage of innovative products) gain successful reimbursement for the two innovative franchises with a huge unmet patient need across SEA & Korea

This is your opportunity to lead, develop and shape the landscape for the product portfolio across cluster region and drive a huge unmet patient need in the surgical devices space

You will thrive on driving regional market access and policy strategies, including key pricing decisions for launched brands and input for early stage assets within designated markets

• Part of new landscape for significant unmet patient needs to improve patient and family quality of life
• Entrepreneurial environment with a lot of exposure to global and leadership functions outside of the Market Access Team
• Small company but Efficient and fast in decision making
• Chance to carve out and own the landscape in the space 

  You can demonstrate   

  • Experienced in HTA/ Health Economics skills.
  • Market Access & Reimbursement success within one of the key markets of Thailand or Korea (priority goes to Korea)
  • End to End Project management skills within an access and reimbursement setting[to prioritize this skill]
  • Ability to stakeholder manager as the Key Contact for the global and in country business and ability to deliver training on the ground to audience across APAC region.
  • Knowledge of Medical Devices Surgical is desirable but Pharma or experience is fine
  • Passion and entrepreneurial Mind set
