Commercial Manager
Seeking a high-energy Commercial Manager to lead efforts across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. If you're adept at navigating dynamic marketplaces and have a clinical background, this is your chance to make a significant impact!
The Role: As the Commercial Manager, you will be at the helm of the growth strategy in the region. You will have a direct sales team and will manage and drive growth of the business revenue .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage direct and indirect markets with a focus on Indonesia.
- Drive business growth in medical devices through innovative strategies.
- Implement and oversee care pathway changes and workflow optimizations.
- Travel up to 60-70% to ensure regional alignment and success.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver results
- Strong influencing skills to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing multiple countries within ASEAN
- Direct people management experience
- Clinical background to quickly grasp technical information
- A growth mindset with the energy to drive change and inspire others
- Understanding & experience in Hospital purchasing models
- Experience in Medical Device products
