The Clinical Monitoring Manager Role

This position directly supervises a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Lead CRAs. The manager may also interact directly with clients and participate in broader company initiatives. Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities:

• Team Management and Development: Overseeing onboarding, training, and performance of CRAs. This includes creating training programs, ensuring ongoing compliance, identifying development needs, and providing mentorship and coaching.
• Resource Management: Assessing workload and resource needs to ensure efficient team utilization and successful project completion.
• Quality and Compliance: Monitoring CRA adherence to study protocols, company procedures, and data integrity standards (CTMS, eTMF).
• Strategic Planning: Participating in budget reviews, resource allocation, and departmental initiatives.

Travel requirements: Up to 25% travel may be required.

The Ideal Candidate

My Client seeks a candidate with a bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience as a CRA or similar role. At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting, is also preferred.
