As an experienced Sales Representative with expertise in Wound Care, you will have a key role in driving the success of products and broadening its market reach. Leveraging your skills and knowledge, you will excel in meeting sales targets in your designated area while ensuring compliance with company standards. Your duties will include maintaining thorough territory coverage, precise CRM reporting, and adherence to company policies.

- Maintain an updated customer database to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, enabling prompt and effective fulfilment.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings, showcasing your knowledge during face-to-face interactions and group presentations with healthcare professionals.
- Regularly update your knowledge with the latest product information and clinical data provided by the company, effectively presenting and discussing these insights during engagements with healthcare professionals.
- Stay attuned to the evolving healthcare landscape, proactively identifying potential opportunities and challenges to refine your strategic approach accordingly.
- Contribute actively to the company and product Brand Strategy, identifying innovative avenues for driving business growth.
- Conduct continuous market analysis encompassing Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence to align short-term and long-term business goals with customer and market insights.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working synergistically with various teams, leveraging feedback and suggestions to enhance market penetration and achieve optimal results.
- Develop and nurture an extensive contact network comprising prominent specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to further amplify your impact.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of combined experience in the medical device and/or biopharmaceutical industry
- VA (Veterans Affairs) experience and DoD (Department of Defense) experience preferred
