Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) (Hybrid)

My client is a dynamic and innovative small Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in London. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring clinical research studies at investigational sites. You will work closely with site investigators, study coordinators, and other team members to ensure adherence to protocol requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Monitoring:
  • Conduct routine site visits to assess compliance with protocol requirements and good clinical practices (GCP).
  • Review and verify source documents and data.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to site staff as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Data Management:
  • Collect and review data from study sites.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management plans.
• Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication with site investigators, study coordinators, and other team members.
  • Provide timely updates on study progress and any issues that may arise.
• Travel:
  • Occasional travel to London-based study sites will be required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
