RIMS Contractor 

I am currently partnered with a Biotech company dedicated to developing innovative therapies for patients with rare diseases. I am recruiting a RIMS Contractor for a maternity cover on a full-time 12 month contract, Oct/Nov start date. The RIMS Contractor will play a pivotal role in managing regulatory information and submissions, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of data across our systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Veeva Vault and EXEMPD, contributing to their compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain regulatory information management systems (RIMS) with a focus on Veeva Vault and EXEMPD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory documents.
  • Implement and optimize processes related to document management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on RIMS tools and best practices.
  • Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Regulatory Information Management (RIMS).
  • Proven experience with Veeva Vault (managing Veeva Vault systems).
  • XEVMPD experience is required.
  • Experience in document management.
  • Connective Veeva QMS experience is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
