Job Description
We are excited to be partnering with a very impressive global medical device company.
Due to the growth of the business, they have had a brand new, vital, very exciting opportunity that has come up for their team in Wales. The position is an Project Manager and is a permanent position.
This individual is responsible for overseeing the mutual attainment of stated goals of the company. The PM will manage various aspects of the program, including program governance, implementation oversight, risk management, and clear communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Leverage PMI PMBOK knowledge areas and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to optimize project delivery and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a matrix management environment to drive successful implementations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate the project teams, ensuring alignment, and effective communication.
- Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Drive organizational project management maturity, implementing scalable processes
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business or a related field - Required
- Project Qualification - Prince2, APM, or PMICSM - Required
- Experience with MS Project, CRM, ERP, IT ticketing systems, and analytical dashboard tools is preferred.
