Account Executive required to join a growing Quantum Computing company where you will manage the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth. The role involves building customer relationships, representing the company at conferences, events and collaborate with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of tech sales experience, a proven record in high-value deals, and a passion for Quantum Computing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Directly contribute to the company’s revenue by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound activities and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and drive those opportunities to successful revenue generation.
- Represent the organization at industry events, fostering connections with current customers and partners while building new relationships.
- Actively gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Contribute to strategic areas such as pricing strategies, product development, and customer relationship management.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by implementing and refining sales strategies in priority markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role within the tech sector, preferably involving IT hardware or scientific equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals, including contracts in the 6- to 7-figure range.
- A history of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, with a hands-on approach to responsibilities across the organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to make an impact in a cutting-edge field like quantum computing.
- Based in the Netherlands with the flexibility to travel as needed.
