Director of Quantum and Ai

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of AI & Quantum to lead strategic initiatives and oversee advanced projects at the forefront of technology. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with senior executives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing cutting-edge AI and quantum initiatives, supporting business growth, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical management of AI and quantum technology projects, ensuring they meet business and technical objectives.
• Drive product management initiatives in the AI or quantum domain, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Support sales teams by providing technical expertise and strategic insights to help achieve client and business objectives.
• Work closely with senior executives, providing strategic guidance and contributing to high-level decision-making processes.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in technical management of AI and quantum technology projects.
• Proven expertise in product management within the AI or quantum technology sectors.
• Strong background in working with and supporting sales teams from a technical and strategic perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior executives and influence organizational strategy.
• Fluency in French is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial industry, with insights into its unique challenges and opportunities.
