Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive market access strategies across multiple biotech assets

Conduct in-depth market assessments to identify complex access barriers and design innovative, tailored solutions

Partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy and deliver on commercial goals

Build and maintain influential relationships with key payers, HTA bodies, and external stakeholders across priority markets

Monitor the evolving market access landscape and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve

Provide strategic pricing and reimbursement input to optimise product positioning and value communication

Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep freelance experience to shape access strategy at a leadership level
Qualifications

MSc in a related field preferred; BSc considered with significant experience

Extensive freelance market access experience (8+ years) within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Deep understanding of healthcare systems, payer expectations, and access pathways across key European markets

Proven ability to influence access strategy within agile, boutique biotech environments

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset
