Head of Robotics

As the Head of Robotics, you will lead and manage our robotics division, overseeing the development and implementation of advanced robotic solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the robotics department's strategic vision, aligning with the company's overall objectives.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of robotics projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Research and Development: Drive the innovation of new robotic technologies and applications, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, clients, and stakeholders to identify needs and develop tailored robotic solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in robotics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of managing complex robotics projects from conception to completion.

• Strong understanding of current robotic technologies and industry best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is preferred.
