About the Company:
Our client is a leading medical device company based in Hölstein, Switzerland, specializing in advanced medical technologies that improve patient care. They are looking for a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join their innovative R&D team.

Role Overview:
As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will design, develop, and test mechatronic systems for cutting-edge medical devices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, regulatory-compliant solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize mechatronic systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.

• Perform system analysis, modeling, and testing.

• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA).

• Support design transfer to manufacturing and resolve technical challenges.

• Document designs, test reports, and risk assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• 3+ years of mechatronics experience, ideally within medical devices.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB).

• Strong understanding of medical device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
