Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Ruby on Rails.

• Implement and optimize front-end features using Hotwire, Stimulus, and Strada.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Proficient in Hotwire, Stimulus, and Strada for modern front-end development.

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful principles.

• Experience with SQL databases and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
