They are looking for an Associate Director & IDN Account marketing who will work with various internal stakeholders across brand marketing, US managed markets, med Affairs, & the external sales teams to create and execute programs and collateral that communicates the offering clearly and succinctly.

Key objectives

  • Drive the Hemophilia portfolio through a variety of initiatives that demonstrate payer coverage, economic value & clinical efficacy to drive product selection and formulary access
  • Promotion of applicable brands
  • Lead PRT initiatives
  • Advertising & promotions, responsible for managing budget for your area of accountability

To be successful in this role you must possess

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred but not required)
  • 5-8 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • 4 + years of marketing experience
  • Biologics/payer marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to strategic customers – i.e. hospitals, specialty or retail pharmacies
  • Ability to articulate sales collateral and the value proposition of said materials to the sales team
