Digital Marketing Manager – London

We have a new opening for a product marketing manager that will report directly to the Board. This person should be comfortable working within different areas of marketing, such as community building, content marketing, and social media marketing, and email marketing. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Candidates must have a knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the industry, and experience in blogging to achieve business goals. What you will do:

  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits
  • Create product content (e.g. sales ennoblement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
  • Conduct customer research and conversations
  • Measure and optimise the customer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Moderate patients online community
  • Manage the weekly/monthly/quarterly content marketing calendar
  • Manage our weekly podcast
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with guests
  • Edit and distribute episodes via social media and our website
  • Reach out to potential guests
  • Coordinate with and manage external content creators.
  • Use email marketing software to schedule campaigns and communications with customers


  • Proficient in the English Language.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Ability to think creatively and share ideas
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Fluent in online communication and management tools such as Asana and Slack
  • Previous experience using WordPress to publish blog content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Past experience building audiences and communities either online or offline.
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
