The company I am currently partnered with have created a software solution that is pioneering both tracking and analysing insights throughout the global healthcare community. This company has created a visible network of over 4 million individuals spanning across experts, key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals already, compiling an ultimate professional database for the healthcare industry entirely.

Having successfully on boarded some of the largest names in Pharma, my client is now looking to bring on an experienced Account Manager to oversee their largest account. This account is a Top 3 Pharma giant. They are looking for someone to strategically manage the already established client relationship, whilst expanding their existing footprint throughout the business.


  • Experience in managing multiple large scale accounts with a global presence
  • Previous successful selling of SaaS technology / have an SaaS background
  • Experience selling into pharma and biotechs is preferred
  • Have the ambition to learn quickly, focus on customer needs and close/up-sell business opportunities where possible

The ideal candidate:

  • 7-10 yrs Sales / Account management experience
  • Management of 1-3 accounts
  • Experience in communicating/negotiating with C-Suite executives
  • Experienced in SaaS sales
  • Pharma experience is preferred but not required


  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers whilst implementing and managing account strategy plans
  • Develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans which align with company goals and contribution objectives
  • Consistent communication and engagement with C-suite executives, ensuring the account is mirrored with the business
  • Be the main point of contact between internal divisions in order to efficiently deliver results for the account
  • Identify, progress and execute sales strategy, generating new business where possible
  • Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasting reports
  • Assist the marketing division to develop market awareness, obtaining client references to ensure vertical market growth within the assigned account
  • Travel required for this position
