In a period of rapid growth, we are looking for a driven and energetic professional to join an expanding project delivery team. You will join a small dynamic team in a growing company at the forefront of digital communications.

The Role

  • Managing digital healthcare communications projects on behalf of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world
  • Full project life cycle ownership, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet all quality standards
  • Managing client communications and expectations and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Coordinating colleagues in clinical, technical, and financial functions
  • Managing network partners to ensure projects are within scope and are delivered successfully
  • Effective oversight of editorial content, to ensure it reads well, meets guidelines, and steer it successfully through the stakeholder approvals process
  • Maintaining all project management tools, files, and records associated with the projects.

The Person

  • Degree or equivalent in a life sciences subject
  • Proven project management track record in the pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical services or healthcare sector
  • Healthcare Communications / Editorial experience would be useful
  • Ability to multi-task is essential; you will be dealing with multiple projects, multiple network partners, multiple clients, multiple countries
  • Customer focused, with strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Native English speaker or impeccable English language to ensure quality editorial content
  • Highly organized and methodical, with a keen eye for detail
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, committed to delivering quality and exceeding expectations
  • Flexible, able to deal with changing demands, and priorities
  • Shows initiative, solution orientation and comfortable working independently
  • Robust familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project (MSP)
