I’m partnered with a leading European medical device company in Germany, with over 10,000 products across 5 major portfolios distributed globally, who are looking to expand their global product marketing team for the wound care division.  They require someone with a background in WC and a strong product marketing background to come on board as a Senior Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product lifecycle management and brand management for the designated portfolio (wound care)
    • From idea through to launch
  • Contribute to the development of the further global strategy for the designated area
    • Both product and brand strategy
  • Drive the product pipeline, considering customer needs and the brand promise to build an innovation image
  • Monitor market trends and developments
    • Competitive analysis & activities
  • Steering and collaborating on projects with other team members
  • Conception and initiation of clinical observation studies and case studies
  • Working closely with health care professionals in the inpatient and outpatient sectors in order to create a strong market knowledge
  • Support countries in operational challenges, launches and trainings
  • Monitor complaints and take action where required

Requirements:

  • MBA or relevant marketing degree
  • Must have experience working with wound care products
  • Experience working with medical devices and marketing at ideally international level
  • Strong communicator and creative mind set
  • English speaking is a must, German is advantageous
