Barrington James is a global recruiting company for the life sciences industry, including but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology. We fill senior to executive level roles in all markets of the industry. We are looking to bring an experienced Recruiter in to either our Raleigh or New York offices as a Team Sales Manager. Agency recruitment experience is required.

What are the responsibilities of a Team Sales Manager?

  • Build a strong network of life sciences professionals and clients.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and assist with helping them hit their targets.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews for potential Barrington James candidates.
  • Utilize online job boards, LinkedIn, and resume databases to find new contacts.
  • Source and screen candidates that meet the client’s qualifications and expectations.
  • Locate job vacancies and negotiate terms with our clients.
  • Guide candidates through interview processes with clients.
  • Sell job opportunities to candidates and candidate profiles to clients via telephone.
  • Meet daily/weekly goals and monthly sales targets.
  • Attend networking events and pharmaceutical conferences in your core market.
