In November 2019, we announced exciting changes that we were bringing in at the start of the year: our 2020 Vision!
These changes included: a new summer incentive of a Summer Holiday to Las Vegas for a Pool Party, we introduced benefits such as access to private healthcare and gym memberships, and created a ‘Do What You Like’ incentive to give staff flexibility in their working days and months.
We did this to continue to attract the best recruitment consultants and support our ambitious growth plans. Despite the current situation that we are all experiencing at the moment, those growth plans haven’t slowed, and we are still looking for experienced recruiters to join us. We felt like now was a great time to re-visit the changes that we made.
Lock-down has given us all time to reflect on our current situations. Perhaps the thought of going back to your lengthy commute fills you with dread, or you’ve enjoyed having extra hours with your family. Maybe you’ve bucked the trend of putting on the Covid-10lbs and enjoyed regular workouts with no time limits? With our new and flexible packages, all of these could be maintained when we return to our ‘new normal’.
