Today we celebrate our 18th Birthday!!! Founded in 2002 by Dan Barrington we’ve had meritocratic success since its inception.
After a management buyout in 2011 which saw our COO, Jonathan Jenkins join forces with Dan, we currently operate in six countries, across three continents and are at the forefront of providing the Life Science industry, an trade which has become the topic of every household during the global Covid-19 pandemic, with first-class and essential employees.
Believing passionately in investing in our own, training and development is one of the most important aspects of our business, along with rewarding success and creating a culture which is second-to-none. From brand new recruiters, right through to our Directors, most who are ‘home-grown’, there is training available to all alongside a clear and structured career path.

Partnering each year to fundraise for charities close to our hearts, we have sent a little girl who was born with a heart defect to Orlando for a holiday of a lifetime with her family and just last year we raised over £11,000 for Dean’s Champions after our ex-colleague and father of 2, Dean Govier, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at the age of 37.
However, it is something that was introduced to the business by Dan and Jonathan ¬¬9 years ago that truly sets us apart: our share scheme. Fifty percent of the business is in the hands of employees through our unrivalled scheme which is open to all staff who impact the business, not just those sat around our board room table.
