At Barrington James, our mantra is ‘work hard play hard’ – and the reasons are simple. Recruitment isn’t for everyone, and no matter how successful you are with it, you have to work extremely hard to reach your goals and build a lifelong career.
We understand that recruitment has its own demands and stresses (as does any job) so we always look for ways to keep employees motivated and driven. The best way to do this is to reward them for all the hard work they have done for themselves, and also for how much they have done for the company.

High Rollers is by far the best incentive we have at Barrington James. Only the best can qualify, and earn themselves a well deserved place on our High Rollers trip which only happens once a year.
There are several ways to become a ‘High Roller’, but in a nutshell, you need to be an employee that always exceeds expectations, personal goals and targets. High Rollers are overachievers who are breaking records, and essentially making lots of money.
Each employee who has earned themselves a place on high rollers is awarded a flag, which they display proudly above their desk. There are four flags that can be earned by each person to reward them even further.
Qualify once (1 flag): 5 nights in the chosen destination (this year it’s VEGAS!), accommodation, flights, plus two hosted nights out with Dan Barrington and Jonathon Jenkins.
Qualify twice: A room upgrade
Qualify thrice: Upgraded flights, business class!
Qualify four times: A penthouse suite (you will be throwing a party)
Last year (Dec 2016) we saw 16 of our top performers fly to Cancun, and this year, we aim to get as many people to Las Vegas as possible.
Our previous destinations have been: Miami, Dubai, New York.
