BID Defences make up a huge part of the CRO industry. With more and more CRO’s coming out of the wood work, BID’s are becoming increasingly more difficult and competitive to win. Sponsors are demanding more and want to see a ready made team that can take on the project. Big CRO’s aren’t necessarily winning this business but does that mean smaller CRO’s are?

Larger Pharma’s, Biotech’s and Medical Device companies are leaning towards the niche medium sized CRO’s but there is always one hurdle to overcome – have you got the team and how long have you worked with the team?
